Why am I
doing this?
I want good businesses and nonprofits to succeed, especially here in Bureau County, where I live. Behind each one are people working hard, taking risks, supporting families, and doing something that matters to their community.
I started my career in nonprofit organizations, helping people and communities move forward. Since then, I’ve worked in real estate, financial services, marketing, and business consulting. I’ve learned how to find what makes an organization special, explain it clearly, and remove the obstacles keeping it from growing.
Now I have the freedom, experience, and tools to bring that work closer to home. When money is tight, a useful website and a clear message can make a real difference. New tools also let me explore design ideas much faster, which makes this free offer possible.
So I’d like to show you three possibilities for your website before you commit to a redesign. If you like where we’re headed, we can talk about working together. The concepts are free because I want you to see something useful before deciding whether I’m the right person to help.

Why we designed it this way.
Each direction comes with 3-4 useful notes explaining the choices: what a visitor needs to see first, how the message makes your value clear, and how the page helps someone take the next step.
The notes distinguish what we observed from what we expect a change might help with, and suggest what to watch or measure. These are design reasons to discuss, not promises of a particular result. Your knowledge of your customers helps us decide which direction is worth developing.
Want to talk it through? An optional 15-minute walkthrough gives us time to compare the directions and answer questions. No meeting is required to receive or review your concepts.

The brief opens in Tally. Required and optional questions, inspiration and supported file uploads are handled there. Sam reviews each request before accepting a production slot.

What exactly is free?
Three visually distinct homepage concept previews based on one usable business brief. These explore layout, visual style and messaging. They are not three completed websites, production systems or finished copy.
When do the three business days start?
After Sam reviews your brief, confirms any missing essentials and accepts a production slot. Sam will confirm the delivery date by email.
What happens after I choose a direction?
If you want to proceed, Sam will quote the scope and price of the paid website build. You can send consolidated feedback by email. There is no obligation to buy.
Can another developer build the design?
Yes. Ask Sam for the concept files. You do not have to buy implementation or hosting from Sam. Concept files are design material for a separate build, not a finished website; third-party images, fonts and other licensed materials may require separate permission.
Do I need to book a meeting?
No. You can review the concepts in your own time. An optional 15-minute walkthrough is available if you want to talk through the choices with Sam.
Can I send photos, logos or inspiration?
Yes, they are optional. The form accepts optional file uploads and view-only links. Only share work you own or have permission to use; do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.
